On a recent trip to Montreal, I was lucky enough to have a friend book me an appointment with Dominic for an Abhyanga massage. I am completely new to Ayurveda but can say now that it has captured my full attention. I experienced a dramatic reduction in stress, anxiety and physical tension unlike any other treatment I have received. I also have tremendous relief in areas where I have had chronic pain and was in complete disbelief at the difference after one session! I took Dominique's Marma-abhyanga massage. It was very good! I appreciate a lot that he has certain good tension to push right points. And I felt good energy for the massage. I had some effect after massage, but same time I felt some my energy slightly changed. Specially I felt my mind became little clearer than before. I’ve been practicing yoga for many years at several Montreal studios. Each practitioner has his/her own style; Dominic is a skilled, hands-on instructor who engages with his participants, helping them into various postures. He also has a good sense of humour, which I appreciate! Dominic’s Slow-Flow and Candlelight Yin classes (taught at Yoga on the Park) are two of my favorites. The slow flow makes me stronger, and Yin is a nice complement, allowing me to relax and unwind.

Very professionnal and also attentive to current mood day of massage. Ambiance relax and felt confident. I felt like technics of marma massage were acquired and controlled.
