I’ve been having Ayurvedic massage from Dominic for a year now! I’ve come to realize the importance of a skilled therapeutic Ayurvedic massage executed by a professional and well-trained therapist! Beyond his professionalism, I find Dominic truly cares about each individual, their health, their circumstances – mind, body and spirit! I’ve also been fortunate to consult him and he helped me see how events in my life had brought me to this place, as well as allowing me to discover a much stronger, confident and self-loving person within myself! My friends have also had massage from him and we all agree on ONE thing, no matter how we felt upon entering his massage room, we ALWAYS feel ten times better when we leave! He is dedicated to his profession and is, simply stated, one of the BEST 🙂

Meeting Dominic for an Ayurvedic consultation and massage allowed me to reconnect with a healthy Ayurvedic lifestyle. The days after receiving the massage, I felt calmer, more grounded and more connected to my surroundings. My digestion also felt immediately better after adjusting my diet to a more Ayurvedic one. I am completely inspired to follow the Ayurvedic practices that Dominic recommended based on my doshas and look forward to continuing to feel better everyday.

I’ve been practicing yoga for many years at several Montreal studios. Each practitioner has his/her own style; Dominic is a skilled, hands-on instructor who engages with his participants, helping them into various postures. He also has a good sense of humour, which I appreciate! Dominic’s Slow-Flow and Candlelight Yin classes (taught at Yoga on the Park) are two of my favorites. The slow flow makes me stronger, and Yin is a nice complement, allowing me to relax and unwind.
