On a recent trip to Montreal, I was lucky enough to have a friend book me an appointment with Dominic for an Abhyanga massage. I am completely new to Ayurveda but can say now that it has captured my full attention. I experienced a dramatic reduction in stress, anxiety and physical tension unlike any other treatment I have received. I also have tremendous relief in areas where I have had chronic pain and was in complete disbelief at the difference after one session! Beyond the physical, I felt many blockages had been cleared creating an openness on multiple levels.
